Morning Asana & Pranayama Practice
TUESDAY & THURSDAY mornings at 7am EST ! 4am PST
Join us for movement and breath-work in this foundational Vinyasa class to build heat, increase flexibility, strength and mental clarity. We'll focus on core strength, flexibility, practicing balance with mindfulness and breath control. Expect warming asanas, sun salutations, flowing sequences that settle into deep stretches and cool downs into well deserved savasana. Each flow is catered to the Yogis that attend.
Weekly Guided Meditation

Mediations for everyone and anyone, join me for a guided meditation to include guided visuals, breath work, singing bowls, drums, and channeled messages.

That I am participating in a Yoga Classes offered by Meghan Morrison, during which I receive information and instruction about a healthy and safe practice. I recognize that these classes and/or workshops may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and could result in physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation enthuse classes and/or workshops.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. I agree to inform my instructor/teacher (Morrison) of any physical limitations, physical discomfort and/or injuries before or during class, and I take full responsibility for nondisclosure.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Morrison for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating.
